Q2: What is the common language spoken at Gigamon APAC Partner Conference?

The official language of the conferences in English. All General Sessions and Breakout Sessions will be conducted in English. Translation services will not be provided.

Q5: Is air transportation arranged by Gigamon? When should I arrive?

No, the air ticket is arranged and paid by partners themselves. We recommend you arrive and check in on 26 August 2015 in the morning.

Q6: Is ground airport pickup provided by Gigamon?

Yes, we can provide pickup service at the airport with the details you provided in the conference registration page as long as the information is received before the registration deadline. Our Airport team will be showing the Gigamon event logo sign at the Public Arrival Hall. Airport Call Center for Gigamon transfer is +66 816579989.

Q7: How can I get to the hotel from the airport at my own expense?

Taking a meter taxi from the Airport is the most convenience way to get to the hotel. Taxis are readily available on the Ground Transport Level. Travel time is approximately 15-20 minutes and the cost is approximately THB700 per car per way. Please note – you will need local currency for taxi.

Hotel Accomodations

Q8: Are hotel accommodations hosted by Gigamon?

Yes, the hotel accommodations are hosted and covered by Gigamon over the official conference dates (26-27 August 2015). Gigamon will cover two (2) nights hotel accommodations with the exception of any incidental charges. When you check in at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card to cover any additional charges.

Q9: How do I book the hotel accommodation?

Q10: What if I would like to extend my stay before or after the Conference?

If you would like to arrive early or extend your stay, you will be responsible for paying the extra nights. The Gigamon group rate is Thai Baht 4,100 per night, however it is subject to the hotel availability and confirmation. Please indicate this when you complete the registration. Credit cards would be taken at check-in days beyond the hosted programme days.

Q11: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel reserved for the conference?

JW Marriott hotel check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon, but these times may vary depending on room availability.

Yes, please wear your conference badge during the entire event so that you can be readily identified as a Gigamon 2015 APAC Partner Conference attendee.

Gigamon provides complimentary meals during the program as indicated in the agenda.

You’ll still get some rain during August in Phuket but the weather will be mostly sunny with short monsoon rain at an average of 32 degrees Celsius.
